Membership Terms and Conditions

  • Memberships are for the use of the member account holder only. Memberships are not shareable, or transferable.
  • Members are required, per their membership agreement, to notify Dermalaser Med Spa of any changes to the credit card on file before the next billing cycle, Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee charge.
  • Memberships are only available for a period of 6 months, no less.
  • Membership perks are exclusively for the use of the member only.
  •  Membership services roll over for a maximum of 3 months. After 3 months all services will expire, and may no longer be redeemed.
  • Unused services may be gifted out to a friend or family member, which will be given in a gift card.
  • In the event a membership is canceled before completing the 6 months, an extra month will be charged, and the remaining service may be redeemed or gifted.
