Dermalaser’s Spa Policy

Arrival

New patients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to fill out any needed paperwork. Returning patients should arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time. All procedures finish on time in consideration to our other customers and you may be deprived of your full treatment time.


Cancellation & No-shows

At Dermalaser we understand that things can suddenly pop up but please provide us with 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule a spa treatment and 48 hours to cancel/reschedule a medical treatment. If required notice is not given you will be charged $50.00 for spa treatments and $100.00 for a medical treatment. If you do not notify us at all (no-show), your entire treatment fee will be charged to your credit card. All vouchers and gift certificates will be forfeited and become void for no show appointments.


Appointments

Dermalaser is always buzzing so reservations are highly recommended; but when time permits, walk-ins are always welcome. We recommend scheduling your appointments at least 48 hours in advance. A credit card may be required at the time of scheduling to guarantee your appointment. Due to the medical nature of many of our treatments, appointments can sometimes exceed their scheduled time. Please be patient and know that you will receive the same exceptional service and personal attention.


Payment Policy & Gratuity

Dermalaser accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, Master card, Discover and American Express as payments. Any personal checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a $35.00 service charge plus any additional bank fees.We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. Our recommended standard gratuity for spa treatments is 18%-20%.


Client Satisfaction

We think Dermalaser’s products are the best and we think you’ll enjoy them just as much. But if you are unhappy with a product purchase from Dermalaser, please return the unused item with a dated receipt within 7 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange the item for store credit toward another Dermalaser product or service of equal value. Dermalaser cannot issue cash refunds. Please note, Dermalaser Gift Cards, Series/Package purchases, and medical grade products are not refundable.


Other

We wouldn’t be the leaders in our industry if we weren’t constantly expanding our services. Although Dermalaser makes every effort to keep its website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a customer, but Dermalaser does reserve the right to refuse service at anytime, to anyone, for any reason
